Garlic World

The hostess Antra has discovered many recipes for creating delicious and interesting products from garlic. Here you can try garlic tea, pickled garlic flowers, garlic salsa, "the throat cutter" and even garlic candy.

Antra’s fascination with garlic started when living in Dalbe, Ozolnieki county, but since July 2016, the visitors are welcome in the Olaine - where a spacious building has been built surrounded by garlic fields.

In 2019, the farm was awarded the Green Certificate quality mark.
